The form below is intended for The OBRL members to request a change to their vehicle number or sponsor, as permitted by several situations in the rules. Our policies give active members priority on their 2-digit number choice and paint scheme sponsorship, under the following guidelines:

• Newly accepted members will be on a minimum 5-10 total-race probation across all four series as a tryout to the league before they are invited to request a 2-digit number.
• Any driver that is inactive for 60 days or more may be moved to a 200-series number and their 2-digit number will go back into the available pool for the league. These drivers will have to request a 2-digit number from the available pool upon their return (they are not guaranteed to get the same number they previously had).
• A driver may change their car number or sponsor upon completion of any active season using these forms.
• No offensive, political, or activism sponsorships will be approved by the league.

As a reminder, The OBRL uses sim-stamped numbers, so no duplicate numbers are permitted. Likewise, out of respect for other competitors, no duplicate sponsors or paint schemes are allowed, and failure to comply will result in disqualification from future racing sessions.
